Drawing from the flavours, sounds and energy Singaporeans have loved across generations and genres, Milli looks beyond the horizon blending familiarity with novelty to pioneer the next generation of Singapore dining and nightlife destination.

 

Named after the millennium, Milli reflects the evolution of Singapore’s cultural identity across generations, where familiarity is not simply revisited, but refined into something new.

Milli unfolds across two distinct yet complementary spaces from lunch to as late as 4am.

Chef-Owner LG Han is Known for championing his own expression of Singaporean cuisine on the global stage, his work reinterprets familiar flavours through technique, storytelling, and imagination.

He is also the chef-owner of Labyrinth, a one Michelin-starred restaurant ranked No. 40 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and No. 97 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

bar-owner Vijay Mudaliar ecognised for his technique-driven approach to cocktails, his work is rooted in local and regional produce, translating place and culture into contemporary expression.
